Investigators report new evidence in Sheremet murder case

Prominent Ukrainian-Belarusian journalist murdered in a car blast in Kyiv's centre on July 20

New evidence has been found in the case of murdered Ukrainian journalist Pavlo Sheremet. His car was blown up on July 20th whilst he was driving it .

Now the forensic investigators are studying a building close to the crime scene. They suspect the assassin was hiding in one of the apartments there before he detonated the bomb.

Now the investigation has several versions of why Sheremet was murdered. The two most probable are - his professional activity and a so-called 'Russian trace'.
