Police claims unattended bag found in airport

Nice airport has been evacuated, with armed troops shutting down the entire premises, The Independent reports.

A suspicious package had been left at the airport, leading to the shutdown, as people on the scene said.

The airport has been sealed off just hours after a terrorist killed dozens of people on the promenade, driving through the crowds for more than a mile.

The attack in Nice has left 84 dead and 18 in a critical condition.
