The SMM cannot cross Shchastia bridge from the occupied side due to mines
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission still cannot cross the bridge in Shchastia from the side of the so-called "Luhansk People's Republic" because of mines and barricades, as reported on the mission's Twitter page on October 2.
