OSCE observers are traditionally prevented from conducting their mission

The SMM cannot cross Shchastia bridge from the occupied side due to mines

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission still cannot cross the bridge in Shchastia from the side of the so-called "Luhansk People's Republic" because of mines and barricades, as reported on the mission's Twitter page on October 2.

The SMM observers also cannot get to the village of Bohdanivka, which is under Ukraine's government control. As they say, the territory is not demined yet. That is a direct violation of the Minsk agreements. 

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission noted an increase in the number of ceasefire violations recorded in Donetsk and Luhansk regionsThe SMM observed more ceasefire violations in Donetsk region, with 198 explosions compared with the previous reporting period (144 explosions).
