Fatally wounded Dnipro City police officer was thinking of his duties whilst slowly dying, Deputy Chief of the National Police of Ukraine Vadym Troyan stated on Facebook.

"You might ask who these Dnipro City police officers were? Artem acted as a real policeman during the entire encounter with his killer. When he was gravely wounded twice, he managed to shoot at the criminal. During his last seconds alive, he was dying in his car and attempting to pass information about the crime over the radio. You see, he did not give away his gun and was thinking of his duties when dying," Troyan wrote.
