Russian proxies fired on residential areas of Maryinka, one civilian injured


The past day in Donbas has seen a drastic escalation of hostilities  

Russian-backed militants fired at a residential neighborhood in the city of Maryinka, which is some 30 km away from Donetsk, at about midnight. Such information is reported by Ukraine's national police press service.

According to the information recieved, a 63-year old man was taken to the local hospital with a shrapnel wound in the head. At the time of the militant shelling, he was in his backyard feeding his dog. The neighbors called an ambulance for him. 

Ukraine's ATO HQ have reported no casualties amongst Ukrainian soldiers for the past 24 hours. However, Russia-backed forces have commenced 47 attacks and fire raids on positions of the Ukrainian army in Donbas conflict zone
