Numerous experts say the cinema art nowadays does not mean by default a lot of money and big screens. Actually a webisode - a piece of video recorded for uploading to the web - is the most required format here. Numerous short-ranged clips are sent from all over Ukraine, Russia, the USA, Italy, Poland, Turkey, and even Sudan.
Svitlana Paveletska, PR Director of 1+1 Media: "This means Ukraine is considered as an outlet for the future talents. The artists are eager to unfold their creativity in Ukraine."
