First comics about ATO heroes released in Dnipro city

Part of the profits will be used for the army's needs

Leonid Krasnopolskyi from the city of Dnipro created the first comics based on Ukrainian ATO soldiers.

"The Guards of the Country" is a 10 story comic series about war with the enemy. Each hero has his own prototype. The main character has been depicted from the squadron commander of 25th brigade. There is also a female guard with extra powers.

The comics have been written over the past 6 months. The author, Leonid Krasnopolskyi lived in Donetsk before 2014. Because he  helped the Ukrainian army, he was arrested by the separatists. After being released, he moved to the city of Dnipro and now continues helping Ukraine's Armed Forces.

Part of the money earned will be spent on buying uniform and rifle scopes.

Leonid Krasnopolskyi, comics' author: The main task of the comics is to show the events that are happening in eastern Ukraine to kids and teenagers, to show them how important the service of the countries soldiers are.
