The exhibition dedicated to Ukrainian freedom fighters is released on Day of Dignity and Remembrance
Six outstanding historical periods of the history of Ukraine are captured in the new multimedia exhibition "Courageous: Our Heroes". The event aims to demonstrate images of the fighters for the liberty of Ukraine belonging to various generations. The project attains this goal by reconstructing and then displaying clothes and attributes which were worn in times of Ukrainian revolutions by different generations of 20th and 21st centuries.
The exhibition creators believe that Revolution of Dignity and the events of 2004 are not just a continuation of 1991 Revolution on Granite. Its roots are going as back as far as the Ukrainian Revolution of 1917-1921.
The display of fighters ranges from Ukrainian Sich Riflemen to 2004 and 2013-2014 Maidan protesters.
By revealing images of Ukrainian fighters of several generations, the creators show the pursue for liberty by present-day Ukrainians. The images of power, strength, help, patriotism, experience of previous generations and dignity allow displaying the heroism of Ukrainian activists.

National Memorial Complex of 'Heavenly Hundred' heroes, Museum of the Revolution of Dignity, Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance and The Ukrainian House are the organizers of the event.
