Air Baltic passenger plane safely lands after its nose wheel does not deploy fully
The incident happened on Saturday, September 17th. AirBaltic's Bombardier Q400, performing a flight from Riga to Zurich, had to return to the airport because of an emergency. There were 63 passengers onboard, including two children and one infant. No one was hurt during an incident.

The first pilot has 3,880 hours spent piloting airplanes, 2,380 hours were spent piloting Bombardier Q400 NextGen. The co-pilot's experience includes 10,500 hours (2,700 hours with Q400 aircraft).
The investigation of the incident is launched. Transport Accidents and Incidents Investigations Bureau will determine the cause of the technical malfunction.
