She is joined by her sister Vira and defence lawyers Nikolai Polozov and Mark Feygin.
Answering the first questions, Savchenko said she is ready to run for president if that is what Ukrainians want.
"Ukrainians, if you want me to be president, then, fine, I will be president," Savchenko told a full house of reporters on May 27.
