Defense Ministry refutes Luhansk region authorities' claims that two soldiers were killed by militant artillery

The two Ukrainian soldiers, who, according to Luhansk regional authorities, had been killed in militant artillery attack, reportedly died after a ‘quarrel'.

‘It didn't happen. We have information about the death of two servicemen, but it occurred after a quarrel, not in action', Ukraine's military spokesman Andriy Lysenko said.

He added, the reports provided by the Luhansk region authorities did not ‘reflect reality'.

According to Lysenko, Ukraine didn't take combat losses in the conflict zone overnight.

However, two Ukrainian servicemen were wounded in action near Mariupol, another one – in the vicinity of Donetsk.
