Euro 2016 Visa Issues: 'One shouldn't go into conspiracy theories'

Ukraine Today sits down with French Ambassador to Ukraine Isabelle Dumont to discuss France hosting the football championship

Isabelle Dumont, Ambassador of France to Ukraine, joins Ukraine Today to discuss the visa problems some Ukrainian football fans have encountered when trying to travel to Euro 2016 host France.

Famous eight-year-old football fan from the city of Lviv Volodymyr Bobenchyk had his visa denied to him and his parents by the French Consulate. In the end, he managed to go to France. Ambassador Dumont explains the situation and tells more about the way it was treated in the media.
