'5 Cyborgs': Watch the inside story of the Battle for Donetsk Airport on Ukraine Today

Known by Ukrainians as 'cyborgs' for their unwavering defence of the strategically located Donetsk International Airport, Ukrainian troops had controlled the airport facility since May 2014 until January 2015, despite non-stop attacks.

Ultimately, they were forced to withdraw after defending the airport for 242 days.
