Another Russian journalist gets deported from Ukraine

Daria Grigorova banned entry to Ukraine for five years 

Daria Grigorova, a special correspondent for Russia state-owned broadcasting channel is expelled from Ukraine. This was reported by the journalist herself to the 'Russia 24' channel.

According to Grigorova, she was detained by Ukrainian border control officers at the Ukrainian airport, taken to a special room and given a document about her deportation.

Ukraine's Security Service authorities (SBU) banned her from re-entering Ukraine for five years.

In February 2016, the SBU expelled Russian journalist Maria Stolyarova from Ukraine and banned her from re-entering the country for three years.

Stolyarova worked as a Broadcast Editor of 'Podrobnosti Nedeli' (The week's details) programme on Inter TV channel, one of the most influential national Ukrainian private broadcasters.

In February 2016, the official website of Ukraine's President published a petition to deport Russian citizen Igor Shuvalov, who since March 2014 has been Deputy Director of Business Development "National Information System", which produces news for Inter TV channel, one of the most influential national Ukrainian private broadcasters.
