Dmytro Kuleba appointed Ukraine's representative to Council of Europe

Kuleba previously held the position of Ambassador-at-Large

Petro Poroshenko has appointed Dmytro Kuleba Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe, according to the president's website. The President signed the corresponding decree on Saturday.

Kuleba previously held the position of Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
