Domestic airline plane makes emergency landing in Astana, Kazakhstan

None of the 121 passengers and cabin crew were injured

A plane was forced to land in the city of Astana - the capital of Kazakhstan. According to the local media, the aircraft's chassis failed to release.

The pilots decided to land immediately. None of the 121 people aboard were injured. The plane sustained minor damage.

Police say the most probable cause of the accident is technical failure and service negligence. The investigation on the case is ongoing.
