One Ukrainian soldier was wounded in a mine blast
Combined Russian separatist forces attacked Ukrainian army positions in eastern Ukraine 11 times in the past 24 hours, eight times in the Donetsk sector and thrice in the Mariupol sector according to the press center of the Anti-Terrorist Operation headquarters.
In the Donetsk sector, the enemy fired tripod mounted man portable antitank guns toward the villages of Troyitske and Nevelske. The militants also fired automatic mounted grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms on defenders of the town of Avdiyivka. In addition, they opened fire from small arms at the villages of Luhanske and Verkhniotoretske.
In the Mariupol sector, Russia's hybrid military forces used small arms against the town of Maryinka and the village of Hranitne.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine did not respond to the provocations and did not return fire, according to a military spokesman.
A shaky truce has been established only in the Luhansk sector. However, one Ukrainian soldier was wounded in a mine blast in Stanytsia Luhanska at the outskirts of Luhansk city.
