No Ukrainian servicemen were killed, but two were wounded in the Donbas conflict zone over the last 24 hours. That's according to Oleksandr Motuzianyk, Ukraine's military spokesperson.

According to him, the Russian-backed separatist forces violated the so-called ‘silence regime' in both Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

The situation remained the most tense near Avdiivka, where the enemy used small arms, machine guns, grenade launchers and 120mm mortars to attack the positions of Ukrainian army.

Overall, the Ukrainian positions came under fire 20 times over the last 24 hours.
