Total cost of equipment delivered by the Alliance reaches EUR 1 million
NATO provided Ukraine with another next tranche of material and technical assistance for humanitarian mine clearance.
This is reported by Mission of Ukraine to NATO on Facebook.
"Under the NATO 'Science for Peace and Security' programme, Ukraine's State Emergency received another batch of material and technical assistance for the Emergency Service pyrotechnic units operating in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions," reads the statement.
Four Ford pickups alongside protective suits, mine detectors and other mine clearance equipment (earlier supplied by NATO) will be transported to four pyrotechnic units working on mine-clearing territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions (eastern Ukraine).
Mission of Ukraine to NATO said the total cost of the equipment delivered by the Alliance reaches EUR 1 million.
