Normandy Four talks kick off in Berlin

European leaders had a preliminary meeting with Poroshenko without Putin

Leaders of Ukraine, Germany, France, and Russia have started negotiations in Berlin, UNIAN reports. The participants of the meeting are President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, French President Francois Hollande, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and the meeting's host German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Ukrainian side is also presented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin, Deputy Head of Presidential Administration Kostiantyn Yeliseyev. Before the meeting of Normandy Four in Berlin trilateral talks of the leaders of Ukraine, Germany and France were conducted. Details of the negotiations and taken decisions currently unknown.
