Now it is official: EU-Ukraine summit set to take place on Nov.24

The summit had been earlier scheduled for May 19, but was several times postponed 

The EU officials have confirmed that the next EU-Ukraine summit is scheduled to take place on November 24 in Brussels.

"On Thursday 24 November Donald Tusk, President of the European Council will host the 18th EU-Ukraine summit," reads the announcement on the official website of the European Council.

Tusk will represent the EU together with Jean-Claude Juncker, the President of the European Commission.

Ukraine will be represented by the country's President Petro Poroshenko.

Visa liberalisation, implementation of the Minsk agreements, reforms and anti-corruption measures in Ukraine will top the agenda of the meeting.

The EU-Ukraine summit had earlier been scheduled for May 19, but later it was postponed twice.
