Ukrainian diplomat shows how Russia fails to fulfil all the recent PACE calls on Ukraine

Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine's Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe, has published an infographic purported to demonstrate how Russia is fulfilling calls expressed in the recent resolutions of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).

"Russia failed to fulfil any point of the PACE resolutions, however some influential members are turning a blind eye to that," Kuleba writes in his Facebook posting.

"Their only argument is the need to restore dialogue with Russia," the diplomat goes on to say.

Kuleba underlines the absurdity of the situation, when Ukraine, basically the victim of aggression, may find itself out of PACE, while Russia will be welcomed back to the international institution which is completely disregarded by Moscow.
