Normandy Four peace talks in Berlin evidently had no impact on the situation in eastern Ukraine
Ukrainian Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) HQ press centre reports that 33 militant attacks on Ukrainian positions in Donbas during the day. Kremlin-backed forces violated all agreements on ceasefire and withdrawal of heavy weapon and actively used large-calibre guns
The tensest situation is reported in the Mariupol sector: 22 militant attacks commenced there during last 24 hours. Kremlin proxies attacked various Ukrainian positions with 152 mm artillery, 120 mm and 82 mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms.
Donetsk sector have seen 8 attacks, but with the use of tanks, light armour, 152 mm and 122 mm artillery, all kinds of mortars. 3 more cases of the cease-fire violation reported in the Luhansk sector. Ukrainian army positions here were shot at with machine guns of various calibre and heavy mortars.

As reported, the new highest-level meeting of Normandy Four talks was kept in Berlin. Leaders agreed to draw up 'road map' for peace in Donbas, and Kremlin agreed upon armed OSCE mission. The results of the talks met all kinds of reaction in Ukraine – some called it suicide, while others said that 'Putin got shorter'. In turn NATO welcomed Minsk ‘road map'.
