"They are ready. But Russia wouldn't let them, while I am being stopped by Ukraine. But I believe we will meet anyway," Savchenko said.

At the same time, responding to a journalist's remark that the negotiations can be held on a neutral territory ignoring the orders of the authorities, the MP said: "That's what we are doing", but refused to elaborate further.

"Am I supposed to give away all the passwords and secret places? Don't expect me to… First we should do something, and when there are some results, they will speak for themselves. If we discuss it beforehand, this won't work," she said.

As reported earlier, Ukrainian female pilot and member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Nadia Savchenko said she was ready to negotiate the release of POWs with the leaders of Russian-backed separatists, but not with the politicians.
