Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs says it's mostly Moscow's fault

Head of Poland's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Witold Waszczykowski says Russia is responsible for the violation of the Minsk agreements. Waszczykowski's statement comes after a ministerial meeting of Visegrad Group and of the Eastern Partnership countries in Prague.

In an interview with Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Polish Foreign Minister said "Ukraine cannot be guilty of violating the Minsk agreements. Because the main fault is in the Russian party. It's Russia which doesn't leave the Donbas, doesn't stop firing, doesn't return Crimea, it even does the opposite – delivers more armaments to Crimea".

"It is why the main guilt is Russia's. However, there have been calls to Ukraine to do its best in conducting reforms. We talked about the reforms but they have a little progress", the diplomat added.
