Ukrainian Army commander analyzed Russian forces' strategic drill ‘Caucasus-2016'

Ukrainian Army Chief of Staff Gen. Viktor Muzhenko revealed his summary of massive and notorious Russian Army's strategic drills "Caucasus-2016".

"The question arose: "How Russians deal with a setting of formations and units of reservists in Kuban, Ukrainian Crimea and other regions? "The response is: we saw ‘colossus' feet of clay'. We have information that they were able to gather only 10% of the planned number of reservists. They do not have enough people willing to serve as reservists," he wrote on Facebook.

Muzhenko sums up: "It is a positive signal for Ukraine. Conscious Russians and Ethnic Ukrainians don't want to be victims and human junk to satisfy expansionist ambitions of the Kremlin. A good indicator for predicting the real enemy capabilities in providing quality human resources for his bellicose aggressive rhetoric".

As UT reported earlier, Russia conducted major military exercise in annexed Crimea.
