Moscow planned to rock Ukrainian regions in November, evidence says

Chief of Ukraine's SBU Security Service Vasyl Hrytsak has said that the institution has evidence of Russia's plans to further destabilize the situation in Ukraine, UNIAN reports.

According to him, the secret service has letters revealing the plans to destabilize the situation in 10-15 regions of Ukraine in November.

The information is allegedly so detailed that it contains even the budgets of these planned operations.

'This information has been found during an operation, so I cannot say more than I've told... We see that the Russian Federation does not give up the idea of destabilizing the situation in Ukraine,' Hrytsak said at a briefing in Odesa.

Russian officials are yet to react to the information, but they have previously denied any involvement in the conflict in Ukraine.
