Savchenko list sent to Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council

The list contains names involved in kidnapping and detaining Ukrainian pilot Nadiya Savchenko 

The so-called Savchenko list is almost ready. The proposal has been submitted to Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council.

The list compiled by the members of the Ukrainian Cabinet includes the names of those involved in the kidnapping and subsequently judging the Ukrainian pilot Nadiya Savchenko.

44 Russian nationals and 2 Ukrainian citizens are on the Savchenko list. As soon as the National Security and Defence Coucil of Ukraine adopts the document, the list will be directed to the E.U. and the U.S.A.

Ukrainian diplomats expect their Western counterparts to implement additional sanctions against those that are on the list.
