Defence ministers agree to create military and technical cooperation working group

Ukrainian Defence Minister Stepan Poltorak and his Polish counterpart Antoni Macierewicz signed a Protocol between Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers and the Polish government amending the agreement between the governments of the two countries in military and technical cooperation, the press service of Ukraine's Defence ministry reported on Saturday.

The protocol was signed at a meeting of the two ministers at the NATO Summit in Warsaw.

"The Protocol stipulates the formation of the working group for military technical cooperation. This working group will act in the framework of the Ukrainian-Polish Intergovernmental commission for economic cooperation. The protocol also regulates the military technical cooperation activities and allows to define the future projects of the bilateral cooperation," the ministry said.
