Sejm has adopted a resolution on considering the Volhynia massacre a genocide of Polish citizens

The statement of the committee says the resolution derails all the constructive political and diplomatic potential and efforts of both countries, aimed at mutual forgiveness and reconciliation.

The Committee sees the Sejm resolution as a provocation of nationalistic forces in Poland, deliberately directed at disrupting the friendly atmosphere of Poland-Ukraine relationships.
