Ukraine's Parliament First Deputy Chairwoman says prisoner swap could happen ahead of Easter 

Ukraine is ready to exchange at least fifty suspected separatists for the 25 Ukrainians held in captivity of the Russian-backed separatist forces.

According to Iryna Gerashchenko, the first deputy chairwoman of the Ukrainian Parliament - Ukraine put forth the initiative to exchange the captives ahead of Easter. Now, she says, the Ukrainian side awaits an answer from the self-proclaimed leaders of the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Overall, the Minsk talks went off without any special results aside from OSCE noting a large number of ceasefire violations.
