Ashley Judd holds yoga master-classes for Kramatorsk residents and displaced people
Following Orlando Bloom's suit, UNFPA Goodwill Ambassador, Hollywood star Ashley Judd payed a three-day visit to Kramatorsk, in Ukraine-controlled Donetsk region.
"She spoke with displaced residents, conducted yoga master classes in the city's centre, took selfies and talked with the local people", Lyudmila Sakhno, director of the local art cafe Fiesta told the news outlet Vostochny Proyekt ('Eastren Project"). The photos with the celebrity appeared on social media.
"She is very cool, she walked barefoot everywhere, not only on the ground but also on a relatively clean floor indoors. She easily agreed to pose for a selfie with all those wishing and she was easy to talk to, showing no arrogance at all. She ate sitting cross-legged on the ground in one of the Kramatorsk yards, she smiled at passers-by and said to them ‘Hello, I'm Ashley'", the cafe administrator commented on the celebrity's visit.
Ashley Judd is an American actress and political activist. She is best known for her leading roles in such films as Kiss the Girls, High Crimes, Double Jeopardy, and Twisted.
On April 27 Hollywood star and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Orlando Bloom visited Ukraine-controlled Donetsk region. He met with children in Sloviansk, Kramatorsk and Sviatohirsk. Orlando Bloom travelled to conflict-hit eastern Ukraine to raise awareness of the global education crisis facing children in humanitarian emergencies, the UN Children's Fund reported on its website.
