Catalonia in mourning for bus crash victims

Thirteen international students were killed on March 20 in a road accident in Spain's eastern coast

Catalonian authorities have declared two days of mourning for the 13 students killed in a bus crash. Five minutes of silence was also held at the University of Barcelona. 61 people were on board when the bus crashed on Sunday.

At least 13 people lost their lives, all of them reportedly women between the ages of 19 and 25.

Catalonia's emergency services reported the dead included seven Italians, two Germans, one French, one Romanian, one Uzbek and one Austrian. Two Ukrainain students have sustained non-life threatening injures.
