The European Union will launch a program to support Ukraine in implementing a comprehensive Public Administration Reform (PAR) Strategy before the end of 2016, with funding of EUR 104 million for the period 2016-2020, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has reported.

"A large EU program aiming at supporting Ukraine in implementing a comprehensive Public Administration Reform (PAR) Strategy for the period 2016-2020 is planned to be launched by the end of 2016. This program foresees a total EU budget contribution of EUR 104 million, including EUR 90 million for budget support and EUR 14 million for complementary technical assistance," the EBRD said.

As earlier reported, the Council of Europe plans to allocate EUR 45 million to Ukraine to support the reform process.
