Reform of Ukraine's armed forces: gender, human rights and widening participation

UT sits down with Claudia Miccichè to discuss challenges in the security sector

At a conference supported by The Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) and the Razumkov Centre, UT say down with DCAF Programmess Coordinator Claudia Miccichè for a discussion on the recent progress made in Ukraine's security sector and on the challenges that lie ahead.

She says key to any progress is the widening of participation to include women, minorities and other underrepresented groups.
