Reforming Ukraine's Armed Forces: 'This window of opportunity will not always be open'

Dr. Philipp Flurri on the challenges ahead in the security sector

At a conference supported by The Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) and the Razumkov Centre, UT say down with DCAF Deputy Director Dr. Philipp Fluri for a discussion on the recent progress made in Ukraine's security sector and on the challenges that lie ahead. He says when it comes to reform the current goverment may find that there are those in the establishment who are unwilling or unable to affect change.
