Ukraine has funds for hosting Eurovision Song Contest - Groysman

Organizing committee is still to name host city, no precise date mentioned

Money necessary for the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 are found! This is according to Ukraine's Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman.
