Routes and distances varied from 2 to 42 km
Thousands of participants took part in the Kyiv International Marathon even though running not in the best weather conditions and surprisingly with good humor.
Before the start, everyone warmed up with exercises. All walks of life turned up with people from different occupations: accountants, architects, tv hosts, businessmen, pensioners, unemployed and even the city mayor.

The Marathon started despite the wind and rain. 6,500 people, each having their own pace and with different distances ranging from 2 to 42 km.

This year '1+1 media' had their own team who ran for a big goal - directly collecting money for a charity as they ran.
Pride of Ukraine, our Paralympians proved to be champions yet again - finishing first in the 42-kilometer race.
