Ukrainian Paralympian continue winning: 11 more medals

Ukrainian Paralympics team have already won 37 medals, among them 12 golden ones

During the third day of Paralympics-2016, Ukrainian competitors won 11 medals, including 5 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze, say National Olympics Committee.

Gold medals winners:

Lidiya Solovyova (weightlifting, 50 kg, 107 kg PR), Yegor Dementyev (cycling trek, 4:37.708), Elizabeth Mereshko (swimming in 50m freestyle, 33.43 PR) Dmytro Vynohradets (swimming at 50m on the back, 44.94 ER), Maksym Krypak (swimming for 100m on the back, 57.24 WR).

Silver medals winners:

Anastasia Mysnyk (shot put, 13.24 PB), Oleksandr Nazarenko (judo, 90kg) Victoria Savtsova (swimming in 50m freestyle, 33.68), Jaroslav Denisenko (swimming 200m complex, 2:08.76).

Bronze medals winners:

Danylo Chufarov (200m complex, 2: 11.12 PR), Denys Dubrov (swimming at 100m on the back, 59.37).


As UT reported, yesterday Ukraine made an extraordinary breakthrough and gained third position in Paralympics medal table.
