Ukrainian Paralympians beat their own score and win 92 medals (video)

Previous Ukrainian record was 84 medals at the London Paralympics-2012

After eight days of competitions at the Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Ukrainian athletes have already won 96 medals, the Paralympic committee of Ukraine reports.

Thus, the Ukrainian team ranks third in the overall medal standings. Ukrainians won 35 gold medals, 27 silver, and 30 bronze.

The previous highest medal score was in the London Paralympics-2012 – then Ukrainians have won 84 medals (32 gold, 24 silver and 28 bronze). Now beating their previous scores. Yesterday the team needed just three medals to reach its Paralympic record of London-2012

Paralympic committee of Ukraine also unveiled a video recording of the most exciting moments "another winning day in Rio."
