Ukrainian 'dragons' triumph in Google app developer competition (video)

Kyiv-based student team comes up with powerful adventure game

The Ukrainian app development company won the Google AdMob Student Challenge 2016 international contest, featuring more than 100 student teams from around the world.

On reviewing works of four regional finalists, the judges favoured the Ukrainian team, AIN reports

Under the contest terms, students had to develop mobile applications using AdMob monetization solutions.

Ukrainian-based Turbo Rocket Games came up with the Dragon Sim Online application and took home the main prize - a week trip to San Francisco to visit Googleplex, Google assistance in promoting their application, any many more other prizes.

Turbo Rocket Games is a Kyiv-based studio, consisting of four experts engaged in producing mobile simulation games.

Dragon Sim Online is an adventure game with powerful dragons, which offers the flying and fighting animation as well as a possibility to 'handle' dragons and use a multiplayer.

500,000 players already downloaded the application, which scores 4.5 points on Google Play.
